Thank-you for shopping with Captivate. You deserve to buy with confidence, so for your peace of mind we have adopted the following returns policy.
RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 7 days after delivery, please contact us so we can help. You may then return your item by courier service (not post) and we will happily refund you in full. We must receive the unwanted item within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Please ensure your items are returned in new condition with all tags and labels attached. Refunds for returned items will be made via the original payment method.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept Change of Mind Returns on custom made items, commissioned art, fabric or wallpaper.
If you have any questions or specific requests, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to make it work.
All products are thoroughly checked before shipping, so we expect your Captivate purchase to arrive in perfect condition. However, if there is any fault with the item please contacts us immediately. We will happily arrange return shipping at our cost and repair or replace your item. You will need to notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
How to return online purchases
Please return your online order to Shop 10, Green Gables Shopping Centre, Mairangi Bay Village, Auckland 0630. Please include your receipt and contact details.
Captivate Interiors is not liable for the loss or damage of any items which are being returned, except whereby shipping is arranged by Captivate Interiors, so please securely package and return using a trusted courier service. If you are unsure, please contact us for advice.
RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about an item purchased, you can exchange it for another item or request a credit on your Captivate account that can be used in store or online. Change of Mind Returns must be made within 7 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in new condition with all tags and labels attached. You will need to provide the receipt for your purchase, unless you are a member of Club Captivate (FREE to join).
We do not offer money back refunds for Change of Mind Returns that have been purchased instore. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept Change of Mind Returns on custom made items, commissioned art, fabric or wallpaper.
It is highly unlikely you will receive a faulty item purchased from the Captivate Shop.
However, if there is any fault with your item we will happily repair or replace it at our cost. You will need to return the item to the Captivate Shop within 7 days of your purchase. If this is not possible you must notify us of the issue within 7 days and make your return as soon as possible.
